"A lot of my success is due to my longtime employees; some have been with me since I started in business. They're very customer-oriented, and the homeowners get to know not only me, but also the crews that work on their homes. That really makes a difference in the quality of construction, and it makes for fewer callbacks after the home is built," Tim says.

He explains, "I communicate with my customers throughout the building process. We have our design work done by home designers and architects, depending on the project, and then we work with our customers until the final plan satisfies everyone. We give our clients a construction schedule, and meet regularly to explain the next phase of building and to make any changes that become necessary. I'm a hands-on builder, so I like to provide personalized service, and enjoy developing a long-term relationship with my customers."

A member of the Brown County Home Builders Association, and Valley Home Builders Association, Tim served on the board of directors of that organization, and participates in the Showcase of New Homes each year. He is a member of Ducks Unlimited, and Wings Over Wisconsin.

"We've been successful in this business because we build homes people are proud of," Tim says.
